Low Carb Tortilla (I use Mission Carb Balance Burrito Size Flour Tortillas)

50g Good Culture Low Fat Cottage Cheese

30g Fage Greek Yogurt

15g Spinach

2 Strips of cooked bacon

Red Onion

1 Sandwich Style Pickle

2oz Turkey (We use Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Turkey) ​​

1tbs Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy Ranch Seasoning

Salt and Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS​

In a bowl mix the Cottage Cheese, Greek Yogurt and Ranch Seasoning until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside

Place all remaining ingredients on a cutting board and finely chop

Add chopped ingredients to bowl with Cottage Cheese mixture and stir until combined

Add mixture to tortilla and wrap
