Hi friends—it’s been a hot minute, hasn’t it?
When I look back at the last few months, somewhere between graduations (so many proud tears), spontaneous getaways, work deadlines that just kept coming, and a whole lot of “just trying to keep up” energy… the blog took a little nap. And honestly? So did I. But now, I’m back, refreshed, re-inspired, and ready to share what I’ve been up to because let me tell you, life has been LIFE-ING in every sense of the word.

One thing that’s kept me grounded, and actually kinda thriving, the kitchen. I’ve been cooking up a storm over here, trying new recipes, remixing old favorites, and really leaning into meals that are both good for me and good to me. Think high-protein wraps, Greek yogurt dressings, all the cottage cheese magic, and yes, even turkey bacon has entered the chat. 👀 Because here’s the tea: I’ve been on a little wellness journey lately. Nothing extreme, just making choices that feel aligned with the season I’m in. I’ve been showing up at the gym, embracing my lifting era (who even am I?!), and finding joy in the process, not perfection. And now that the dog days of summer (pun intended) are about to be in full swing, it feels like the perfect time to bring all that energy back here.
This space has always been a soft landing for me, somewhere to share real-life moments, delicious meals, cute finds, and honest reflections, and I’m so excited to pick things back up with you.
